We spend a week with your operators, not executives, operators. We ride the dispatch desk, read the inbox, open the CRM, shadow a job. We leave with a map of where your hours are going, and a single prioritised recommendation.

The 30-Day Build.

Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly working demos. We build the system. Your team learns to own it.

From £12,000. Priced and quoted before we start.

The build is four weeks because most "AI projects" drag out because nobody wrote down the scope. We write the scope. We quote it. If it's going to take more, we'll tell you before we start, not in month eight.

Most clients take this for six months and then graduate. Some don't, they run the system with their in-house team and call us when they want the next one. Either is fine.
